Product Manager with a Background in Embryology

We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Manager with a strong interest in IVF and optimizing work for IVF clinics. This is a unique opportunity to become a key person within a Life Science company with significant potential for impact. You will report to parts of the Management Team and the CEO.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create strategies for each product
  • Specialist in the product segments for human IVF (Product Specialist)
  • Responsible for Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) and clinical documentation
  • Drive the further development of the product portfolio
  • Ensure that product development is commercially focused
  • Research projects
  • Responsible for product training (internally/customers/distributors globally)
  • Develop materials for product workshops (presentations/training materials)
  • Report internally on competing products and market trends
  • Handle customer complaints (Complaint Handling)
  • Prepare customer-tailored documentation
  • Coordinate global research collaborations
  • Manage incident reports

Direct customer sales

  • Customer communication
  • Sales forecasting

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who has worked for several years at an IVF clinic as an Embryologist. Practical experience from working in an IVF clinic is essential. Experience with management systems and quality work is highly valued. Research experience is an advantage.

We believe you are highly passionate about the IVF industry and eager to drive its development. As a person, you are self-motivated, proactive, and positive. You enjoy taking responsibility and are a strong communicator with the ability to reach different customer target groups.

Since many of NidaCon’s customers and partners are international, we expect you to thrive in international settings with diverse cultures and to communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.
