Make the perfect Gradient

30 Mar 2023 | News, Tips & Tricks

Slowly layering gradients with visible rafts between the layers, no more than 60 minutes before use ensures maximum sharpness. The rafts take up a lot of the unwanted components of the ejaculate like dead spermatozoa, other cells etc and the gradient will provide a clean yield with a high percentage of motile sperm.

Check out our website for a film demonstration of the different layers in action https://www.nidacon.com/support/#tutorials before and after gradient
